After exiting from Exit #2 of Hongik University Station of subway line #2, turn left immediately.
Walk straight along the street to find Hollys Coffee. Then turn left and walk a little bit to find a pet supply shop called Polypark.
We are on the third floor of the same building.

1. Click the menu button (Ξ) on the upper right corner.
Then the menu will appear.
You can only book the times marked in sky blue on the available dates.
Times not marked in sky blue mean they're already booked.
Click the desired time of the date to make an appointment.

Basic Service: The basic service consists of personal color and hair style analysis based on your face shape, fashion style recommendations based on your figure, and analysis of makeup products you’ve brought with you.

We don’t apply makeup as part of the service, but we can answer makeup-related questions.

2. Service Pricing: The price is inclusive of all costs (service price + a staff who can interpret Korean for you) for everyone in your party.
For the basic service, you can only book a party of three at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.
For a party of four, you must book two sessions for two people.
To use the service at the same time, book a session for two people, go back to the website, and find the time marked in blue in the same time range. Then book another session for a party of two.
When all time slots are full, the four people in a party may not be able to get the service at the same time.

3. We receive prepayment as per our business policy because customers do not show up on the booked date if we don’t.
You can pay with credit card or by bank transfer.
For bank transfers, your appointment will be automatically canceled if you don’t pay within 12 hours of booking.
Send us a DM if you are using international bank transfer, which takes about three to five days (Instagram username: colorgasanda).
For international bank transfers, the name of the depositor on the website must match the name of the remitter at the bank.
Please use your English name as indicated in the passport and use the same name when remitting payment.

No makeup service: You must start the service without wearing makeup.
If you are wearing makeup, you must remove them before we begin.
We do have cleansing tools in the shop, but we ask you to bring your own cleansing tools and skincare products that best suit your skin.
Colored contact lenses: Please put on clear contact lenses as color lenses may affect the color analysis.
If you only have color lenses, we recommend wearing lenses that best match your natural eye color.
Makeup by different skin tones: Bring your makeup, and we will group them into different skin tones.
Figure analysis: It’s good to visit in an outfit that reveals your body shape for figure analysis (Avoid wearing thick clothes).
Other instructions: There is no parking available. No companion and pets allowed during appointments. You may take photos in the center, but video or audio recording is not allowed.
If you arrive late, the service time may be reduced because the analysis is conducted only within the set period of time.
If you are late by 30 minutes or more, you will be considered a no-show, and you will not be given a refund.
